• Fees and payment terms

• Termination conditions

The initial consultation and assessment are provided at no cost with no obligation to engage further services.

4. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of legal practice information. JBushey Consulting agrees to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
• Not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties
• Use client information solely for the purpose of providing contracted services
• Return or destroy all client information upon completion of services

5. Limitation of Liability
